Ordering
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Paypal, Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, return shipping is free.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the EU. We offer free shipping and returns.
If you have doubts whether we ship to your country please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@beorht.com.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email on our behalf and another email from the courier company that contains a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How can I return or exchange my order?
To start a return, please access your Beorht account.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Product Care
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we have a 12-month guarantee service that covers manufacturing faults in craftsmanship and materials. In the unfortunate event that your bag requires repair in the first 12 months of use, we will arrange a collection, repair it and return it to you free of charge. Please note: Natural signs of wear such as leather stains or shape changes are not covered.
How to access the guarantee?
To make a claim, you’ll need to send us proof or purchase and clear photos of the issue to hello@beorht.com. Our team will review the information sent and confirm whether the case falls within the guarantee.
Is hardware damage covered under the guarantee?
No, hardware damage is excluded from our guarantee. Gold-plated hardware is a soft, delicate material that can scratch with improper care. Once scratched, it cannot be restored.
How do I care for my Beorht bag?
To keep your bag looking its best:
- Avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, or oils.
- Store it in the original dust bag, in a cool, dry place.
- Wipe the gold-plated hardware gently with a soft, dry cloth to maintain its finish.
