Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the EU.

Delivery Time

• Spain (Domestic Shipping): Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

• Rest of the EU: Orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the European Union.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

All orders are shipped via GLS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from GLS with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the handling process will follow GLS standard procedures.

Customs & Duties

Currently, we do not have international customers outside the EU, so no customs duties or import taxes apply.
